Astrologers have different ways of interpreting astrological signs and houses. Deborah Smith Parker is going to share her take on the six pairs of opposite signs. She will examine the often invisible connections between these opposite signs to reveal how we can tend to plod down the often narrow, rutted road of our human interactions–rather than dance along our path towards a brighter future. The six pairs of opposite signs offer keys to the way we experience our own path of consciousness. We are only beginning to learn how to explore the possibilities! And, because it’s Deborah, we’ll also have some fun.
Deborah has been a practicing astrologer and Tarot reader for more than three decades. Her skills and knowledge in both fields have been advanced by her years of study of the mystical Qabalah. She is a many time published poet (winning a few prizes) and has authored and published two books: Humanus Astrolgicus: Astrological reasons in rhyme why we do what we do, and The Horse That Haunts My Heart, her coming of age memoir. She served on the board of the San Diego Astrological Society (SDAS) for 12 years. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she majored in English. She lives in North County San Diego with her husband, Jeff, a homeopath.
